Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM):
These products are high cost and high performance rubbers that have the same chemical resistance as PTEE and mechanical properties that approach those of fluoroelastomers. The main property of this product is that it is barely affected by most liquid hydrocarbons, including aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ethers, ketones, oils, lubricants, and most hydrocarbon acids.
A number of halogenated compounds and strong oxidizing acids may cause material swelling. General continuous operating temperature is between 260-290oC. The material can also be intermittently used in temperatures of up to 316oC.
Excellent resistance against ozone, weathering, and fires. Good resistance against UV rays. Can be used as a high vacuum material.
※ We welcome orders of O-rings of various dimensions or other customized specifications.
